This site was created for twins and people who love us or find us fascinating.  The sponses, siblings, parents, children and best friends of twins will find helpful information here.  I am also committed to others who suffer from mental illness, anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress,  grief, loss, loneliness, alcoholism, drug addiction or other pain.  I truly believe that all suffering can be alleviated with the proper care and time.. We all deserve JOY in our lives.

Twins have been the subject of much study and attention.  Much genetic research is based on identical twins.  We find ourselves at the center of the nature vs. nurture debate.  The post modern era within society has introduced the facsimile, the doppelganger, and the body snatcher.  Quantum physics has founded the concept of identicality which small particles embrace as opposed to unique identitites. Will the real twin please stand up?

The site founder is Margery Runyan, an identical twin.  My friends call me Mercy.  I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, New Mexico, and Colorado, specializing in treating twins and persons who have experienced trauma, depression, nightmares, and alcohol or drug abuse.  The services that I offer are:
