Twin Dreams   

This business is designed by and for twins and others who suffer from emotional stress.  If you are a twin or close to one, we can help you understand the fundamental nature of twinship and how to optimize this unique relationship.  If you have depression, addiction to alcohol or drugs, deep grief, or trauma, we can help you  embrace your experiences and live your life with more JOY.

Twins have fascinated society from the beginning of time.  We have been feared, revered, and mythologized.  The nature-nurture debate is centered on genetic twin research. We have specific developmental tasks and unusual life experiences.  Living as a twin is a challenge that we can help you meet. 

                  

The site founder is Margery Runyan, an identical twin.  My friends call me Mercy.  I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, New Mexico, and Colorado, specializing in treating twins and persons who have experienced trauma, depression, nightmares, and alcohol or drug abuse.  The services that I offer are:

• psychotherapy designed for twins
• psychotherapy for trauma, PTSD, nightmares
• psychotherapy for alcoholism, drug abuse, and depression
• dream work based on research with twins
• treatment for the experience of twin loss  
• consultation on twin development stages
